Я расскажу про несколько своих любимчиков, которые покупаю уже не первый раз, они являются моими верными помощниками уже долгое время.

Когда в магазине видишь огромный выбор зубных паст, можно надолго выпасть из реальности, потому что разбегаются глаза и начинаешь верить всему, что написанно на упаковках. Конечно, каждая паств обещает белизну зубов, защиту от кариеса и прочего налёта, при чем многие из них обещают целых 24 часа. Но давайте будем реалистами, если бы пасты зубные давали эффект на зубах 24 часа, мы бы чистили зубы 1 раз в день, нас бы не ругали врачи, что утром и вечером твой верный помощник зубная щётка и паста.
Зубы это вообще отдельная и долгая история. За ними надо следить, из надо беречь, они не волосы и не отрастут (я не беру в счёт молочные зубы ;)) Так что давайте их любить очень сильно и беречь, все же все мы хотим быть красивыми и здоровыми.
Зубные пасты rocs мне посоветовал мой стоматолог когда я затронула вопрос про отбеливание зубов. Вообще от природы зубы у меня белые, но нет ведь предела совершенству ;))
Так вот, она сказала что в отличие от многих паст, при ежедневном использовании зубы он действительно выполняет свои функции, а именно отбеливает. Конечно, такого эффекта как от полосок и прочих способов отбеливания, вы не получите, но результат вас должен порадовать :)
Кроме того, эти зубные пасты очень приятны, нет резких запахов, одни плюсы, правда есть небольшой минус -цена. С другой стороны, мы делаем вклад в здоровье, так что он оправдан :)
А ещё очень люблю ополаскиватели для полости рта, пользуюсь Ежедневно. Надеюсь мои зубки скажут мне спасибо ;)
В этот раз взяла также фирмы rocs, с малиновым вкусом. Все прекрасно, единственное в будущем скорее всего буду брать классический мятный вкус. Все же мята ближе мне по вкусовым ощущениям.
Итог: из всего вышеперечисленно могу смело ставить твёрдую 5 и советовать друзьям
